High-speed CNC-controlled measuring system especially designed for time-saving in-line measurement. The open C-structure allows workpiece loading from the sides as well as front to back and vice versa.  This feature enables flexible integration of the MACH V into various manufacturing environments. The distinctive C-structure of MACH V is the result of consequent innovation and development of the design already introduced by Mitutoyo in its basic form as the “Coordinate Measuring System Type A in 1969.

The system features roller bearings on all axes thus providing an outstanding resistance against vibrations and impacts – a significant factor in rough production environments.
